Album Web allows the user to email photos without stepping out of the program to run an external mail client. To do so, there is the Send wizard that you can access from the main toolbar or from the Actions drop-down menu.
To send photos by email:
1. On the main toolbar, click Send.
This opens the wizard that will help you to configure the message settings and send photos by email. To begin, the user needs to select whether to mail only selected photos, chapter or all photos from the current album.
2. Select the option and click Next.
The next tab prompts the user to enter the recipient email, subject, message, set compression, etc.
3. Enter the mail details and click Next.
4. On the Choose Format tab, select JPEG images and click Next.
5. On the Jpeg Images tab, configure the JPEG settings: resolution, compression, etc.
6. Click Go >>>.
Album Web processes selected photos and sends them by email using the default mail client.
